Best  Berry Granola Easiest Recipe Ever

Breakfast granola with dried berries is healthful and tasty. It's crunchy, easy to cook, and delicious with cream or almond milk. A bowl to start the day!  

– ½ cup almond – ½ cup pecan – ½ cup walnut – ½ cup flaked coconut – ¼ cup pumpkin seeds – ¼ cup sunflower seed – ⅓ cup Swerve Sweetener – 6 tablespoon butter melted – 4 drops blueberry flavoring from One on One Flavor – 4 drops strawberry flavoring from One on One Flavor – ½ cup freeze dried berrie

Ingredient

Warm the oven up to 325F and put parchment paper on a big baking sheet with a lip around the edge.

Put the nuts, coconut, and seeds into a food processor. Pulse the food until it looks like small crumbs with some bigger pieces. Put the food in a big bowl.

Add the melting butter and Swerve and mix well. Add the fruit flavorings and mix them in.

Spread the mix out on the baking sheet that has been prepped. Press down hard on top with another piece of parchment or waxed paper to make it flat and help it stick together.

Take off the top sheet of paper. Once it's done, take it out of the oven and turn it off. Move the granola from the edges to the middle and from the middle to the sides as you stir it.

Put the second piece of paper on top and press down to make it flat. The mixture should stay in the warm oven for another 10 to 15 minutes.

After that, take it out, stir it, and flatten it again. Let it cool all the way on the pan, then use your hands to break it up into little bits.

Mix in ½ cup of freeze-dried berries. Breaking them apart with your fingers helps them spread. You can eat them by the bunch or with your favorite cream or milk.
