Best Italian Dressing Chicken Recipe

You can finish this spicy Italian Dressing Chicken on the grill or in the oven. The marinade is easy to make.  


– 3/4 cup Italian Dressing (store bought or homemade) – 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast – Salt and pepper


Use a meat tool or a rolling pin wrapped in saran wrap to pound the chicken breasts until they are all the same thickness. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.  

Step 1

Wrap the chicken in plastic wrap or put it in a baking dish. Then add the marinate. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, but ideally two or more hours.  

Step 2

To grill:- Warm the grill up to 400 degrees. So that food doesn't stick, dip a paper towel in canola or veggie oil and rub it over the grill grates with tongs.  

Step 3

Take the chicken out of the marinade and put it on the grill right away. Grill for four to five minutes on each side, or until the meat hits 165 degrees on the inside.  

Step 4

To bake:- Warm the oven up to 375 degrees. Put the chicken and the sauce in a baking dish.   

Step 5

There should be 165 degrees inside the chicken after 20 to 30 minutes of baking, based on how thick it is.
