Best Pepperoni Bread Recipe

Pepperoni Bread made with frozen bread dough is simple and enjoyable to make. Make pizza night entertaining by serving it as an appetiser or entree with a big salad.

– 1 1- pound loaf frozen bread dough thawed according to package directions (I used and like Rhodes brand) – 3 ½ tablespoons salted butter melted – 1 ½ teaspoons pizza seasoning – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – 4 ounces sliced pepperoni – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Warm the oven up to 375°F. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Put away.

Step 1

Dust your work surface with a little flour, then roll and stretch the thawed dough into a 12x10-inch square.

Step 2

Not everything has to be exact, so don't worry about the sizes. As long as they're close, you're good to go.

Step 3

Melt the butter and add the garlic powder and pizza spice. Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed.

Step 4

Apply half of the melted butter mixture to the rolled dough with a pastry brush.

Step 5

Put pepperoni all over the dough's surface, and then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of that.

Step 6

Roll dough jelly-roll-style from a long side. Pinch the ends and set the loaf seam-side down on the baking sheet. Cut three little vents in the loaf top using a sharp knife.

Step 7

Brush remaining butter mixture and add parmesan.  Pre-heat oven and bake 20–25 minutes till golden brown.

Step 8

Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing with a serrated knife. With pizza or marinara sauce.
