Best White Chocolate Pecan Blondies Recipe

Sweet and chewy white chocolate pecan blondies are perfect for afternoon snacks with coffee.  


– 2 cups all-purpose flour – ½ teaspoon baking powder – 1 teaspoon kosher salt – ⅔ cup unsalted butter melted and cooled – 1 ¾ cups packed light brown sugar – 2 large egg – 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract – ¾ cup white chocolate chip – ¾ cup chopped pecan – flakey sea salt optional


Warm the oven up to 350 degrees F. Spray non-stick cooking spray on foil or parchment paper and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with it.  

Step 1

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl.  

Step 2

Mix the butter and brown sugar with a whisk in a big bowl. Mix in the eggs and vanilla until everything is well mixed.   

Step 3

Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix them in until they are just mixed. Add the nuts and white chocolate chips and mix them in.  

Step 4

Put the batter in the pan that has been made. In a hot oven, bake until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes.   

Step 5

If you want, sprinkle a little flaky sea salt on top right away. After putting the pan on a wire rack to cool, you can cut it.
