Delicious Banana Pancakes Easiest Recipe Ever

Banana pancakes are heaven. These fluffy, banana-flavored grain-free pancakes are delightful. Sugar-free chocolate chips make a tasty breakfast treat!  

– 6 large egg – ⅓ cup water – 1 ½ teaspoon banana extract – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – ½ cup plus 2 tablespoon coconut flour – ¼ cup Swerve Brown packed – ¼ cup collagen peptides (salted caramel is delicious!) – 2 teaspoon baking powder – ¼ teaspoon salt – 6 tablespoon butter melted – ¼ cup dark chocolate chips, sugar-free


Eggs, water, vanilla extract, and banana extract should be mixed together in a blender designed for big batches. Mix in order to mix. 


After incorporating the coconut flour, sweetener, collagen peptides, baking powder, and salt into the mixture into a smooth consistency, 


proceed to include the melted butter into the mixture once more. Utilizing your hands, mix in the chocolate chunks. 


Warm up a big skillet or griddle by placing it over a medium-low heat. Lightly brush with oil or butter that has been melted. 


Make sure that each pancake is no more than three to four inches in diameter, and use approximately three tablespoons of the batter for each pancake.  


After about three minutes of cooking, the top should have a few bubbles appearing on it, and the bottom should be set and golden brown. 


Pancakes should be flipped swiftly and gently, and a thin spatula or pancake flipper should be used to wiggle underneath each pancake.  


For a further three to four minutes, continue cooking until the second side is golden brown.
