Delicious Breakfast Pizza Easiest Recipe Ever

The breakfast pizza is loaded and ready to fire. Easy to make and feeds a crowd when baked on a sheet pan. You must include this keto breakfast meal!  

Crust – 1 recipe keto focaccia (leave out the rosemary) Cream Sauce – 4 ounces cream cheese softened – 3 tablespoon heavy cream – 2 cloves garlic minced – Salt and pepper Topping – 8 large egg – ¼ cup heavy whipping cream – Salt and pepper – 2 tablespoon butter – 8 slices cooked bacon crumbled – 8 ounces cheddar grated


Warm the oven up to 325F and put parchment paper on a 15x11-inch baking sheet with a lip around the edge. Make the paper greased. 


Follow the recipe and steps to make the focaccia dough, but don't add the rosemary. 


Press and spread the dough out on the pan to the edges with wet hands. As you press out the dough, keep your hand wet. Make the top as smooth as you can. 


The crust should be hard to the touch after about 15 minutes in the oven. Take it out and set it away while you make the toppings. 


Cream cheese and cream should be mixed together well in a medium-sized bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 


Leave a ½-inch edge around the crust as you spread the sauce on top of it. Whisk the eggs and cream together in a big bowl until they are well mixed. 


Put the butter in a big skillet and place it over medium-low heat. Add the egg mix after the butter has melted.  


To make the eggs scrambled but not dry, lift and turn them with a spoon. Be sure to cover the dough with the eggs. 


Add bacon bits to the eggs, then cheese. Heat the oven to 375F. Return the pizza to the oven for 5–7 minutes to melt the cheese.
