Delicious Cinnamon Roll Pancakes Easiest Recipe Ever

Fun and tasty Keto Cinnamon Roll Pancakes are a healthy morning staple. Prep them for workday breakfasts or a special brunch. Only 4g net carbohydrates per serving!  

Cinnamon Swirl – 6 tablespoon butter well softened – ¼ cup Swerve Brown – 2 tablespoon powdered Swerve Sweetener – 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon Pancake – 1 recipe keto pancakes – ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon Cream Cheese Drizzle – 2 ounces cream cheese well softened – ¼ cup powdered Swerve Sweetener – 2 tablespoon heavy cream – 2 tablespoon water – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredient

Butter should be soft but not melted. Stir sweeteners and cinnamon with a rubber spatula. Soft frosting is desired.

Cut the tip or corner of a piping bag or plastic baggie and add the mixture. Follow pancake batter directions but add cinnamon to dry ingredients.

Wait 10 minutes for the batter to thicken, then heat a big skillet on medium-low. Use little butter or oil.

Make 3–4-inch pancakes with 3 tablespoons of batter. Swirl cinnamon on each pancake. Pancakes should have bubbles and dry edges after 2–4 minutes.

Wiggling a thin-bladed spatula loosens pancake edges. Turn the pancakes and heat for 2–4 minutes until golden brown. Put on platter or warming rack.

Between pancake batches, clean the skillet with a paper towel to avoid burning cinnamon mixture. Repeat with remaining batter, adding butter or oil.

Cream cheese should be able to be softened in the microwave in as little as a few seconds.

Make sure to whisk in the sweetener, heavy cream, water, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth. At the time of serving, pour over the pancakes.
