Delicious Oatmeal Easiest Recipe Ever

Cold mornings call for oats! This simple baked "oatmeal" is robust and tasty without oats or sugar. Best of all, each serving includes 2.7g net carbohydrates!  

– 1 cup flaked coconut unsweetened – 1 cup sliced almonds – ⅓ cup Swerve Brown – ¼ cup collagen peptides – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ cup unsalted butter melted – ½ cup heavy whipping cream – 1 large egg – 1 teaspoon maple extract or vanilla


To begin, preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a baking dish made of ceramic or glass that has a capacity of one quart on the inside. 


To achieve the consistency of flakes of oats, place the coconut and almonds in a food processor and ground them until they reach the desired consistency.  


Move to a large bowl and put it to the side. By whisking the sugar, collagen, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together, you may combine all of these ingredients.  


Following the addition of the butter, cream, egg, and maple extract, use a whisk to thoroughly incorporate all of the ingredients into the mixture.
