Easy No-bake Cheesecake Recipe

This standard cheesecake doesn't need to be baked. It has a graham cracker crust and a thick layer of light, fluffy filling.  


For the crust: – 1 ½ cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs about 9 sheets / 1 sleeve – 4 tablespoons butter melted – 3 tablespoons granulated sugar For the filling: – 24 ounces cream cheese room temperature – 1 cup granulated sugar – 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract – 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream


For the graham crackers, heat the butter and add 3 tablespoons of sugar to a bowl. Mix the ingredients together.  

Step 1

Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Put it in the fridge until you're ready to use it.  

Step 2

Using an electric mixer, mix cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla in a different bowl until the mixture is smooth.  

Step 3

Use the mixer to whip the cream to hard peaks in a different bowl. Then, slowly fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture.   

Step 4

Spread the filling into the shell slowly. Put it in the fridge at least 4 hours before you serve it.
