Healthy Greek Pasta Salad With Feta Recipe

The Greek Pasta Salad is full of summer veggies, feta cheese, crab, and a tart Greek vinaigrette.  


For the salad: – 8 oz. rotini – 8 oz. imitation flake crab, chopped – 1 head broccoli, chopped into small floret – 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped – 1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped – 1 small zucchini, sliced – 1 small cucumber, sliced and halved – 4 oz. grape tomatoes, halved – 2 green onions, diced – 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled For the dressing: – 1/2 cup olive oil – 1/2 cup red wine vinegar – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon oregano – 1 teaspoon dried basil – 3/4 teaspoon black pepper – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta in salted water. To stop the frying, drain and rinse with cold water.  

Step 1

In a big bowl, mix the crab, all the vegetables, the pasta, and the feta cheese. Sprinkle to mix.  

Step 2

Put all the dressing ingredients in a jelly or jam jar and mix them together.   

Step 3

Add a very tight lid and shake it around for about two minutes, or until everything is well mixed.   

Step 4

Pour it over the salad items and mix them together. Put it in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
