Following the process of setting the Instant Pot to sauté mode on High, the bacon and olive oil should be added to the saucepan.

The bacon should be cooked for a few minutes until it reaches a crispy consistency. The bacon should be arranged on a tray, and one half of it should be kept aside.

After that, incorporate the sauce, garlic, and onion.Put in the chicken cubes and cook them until they are no longer pink and have a light brown color.  

Shut down or stop using the sauce mode. Using a wooden spoon, remove any pieces of meat that have accumulated at the bottom of the saucepan.

After carefully combining the bacon and chicken, sprinkle the ranch seasoning packet on top of the mixture.

The chicken mixture should be topped with cubes of cream cheese that have been cut into cubes.

Put in a cup of chicken stock.Put the lid and steam vent on and set the pressure to high. Cook for 5 minutes and then quickly release the pressure when it's done.When the valve drops, open the IP and stir well.

Next, add the frozen peas, followed by the small egg noodles that have not yet been cooked, and last, pour the leftover chicken stock over the noodles.

Stir it around a little.Put the lid and steam vent on and set the pressure to high for three minutes. When the IP beeps, quickly let go of the pressure.

Reduce the amount of liquid in the sauce by turning the Instant Pot to sauté once more. If you want the sauce to be thicker, you should do this.

Melt the cheddar cheese by placing it on top and covering the dish with the lid for five minutes.After serving, garnish with green onion that has been chopped.
