Instant Pot Egg Casserole Recipe

Hearty breakfasts are wonderful with Instant Pot Egg Casserole. Garlic, paprika, and onions with eggs, hashbrowns, and spinach taste wonderful with bacon and cheese. Taste buds will reward you for every bite of this delicious dish.

The eggs and the half-and-half should be beaten together in a medium bowl with the seasonings of salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Put aside for later.

Using non-stick cooking spray, coat an oven-safe dish measuring 7 inches in diameter that can be placed into your Instant Pot.

Sprinkle the hashbrowns with a light coating of salt and pepper, and then add them to the pan that has been prepared.  

After that, add the spinach, green onions, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese in alternating layers.

It is imperative that the egg mixture is placed on top of everything else before moving forward with the process.

It is recommended that one cup of water be placed into the bottom of the Instant Pot in order to achieve the best possible results.

Within the capacity of the pot, the utilization of a trivet is something that is strongly recommended as a solution.

Wrap the casserole dish with aluminum foil in a loose manner. With the help of a foil sling, lower the pan onto the trivet and then place it inside the Instant Pot.

Keep the cover in place and lock it. Ensure that the valve is in the sealing position. You should press the manual/pressure cook button and set it to high pressure for 22 minutes.

After the pressure cooking process is complete, allow the pressure to naturally dissipate for ten minutes, and then, in order to quickly release any leftover pressure, switch the valve to the venting position.

Begin by opening the pot and removing the pan with caution. Throw away the aluminum foil. A couple of minutes should be spent placing the dish under the broiler of your oven, and you may choose to sprinkle some cheese on top of it.
