Philly Cheesesteak Casserole is baked to perfection with ground beef, bell peppers, shell pasta, minced garlic, and a creamy cheese sauce! A simple 30-minute dinner!

It is recommended that the food be baked at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, which is the temperature that should be set for the oven.

If you are going to cook pasta, you need to make sure that it is cooked until it reaches the al dente stage. Prepare for later use by draining and setting aside.

Add meat to a large saute skillet over medium-high heat. Break it up with a wooden spoon and add salt and black pepper. Cook until thoroughly browned, stirring periodically, 8-10 minutes.  

Place sliced bell peppers and onion in the pan. Add minced garlic, smoky paprika, and Italian seasoning. Sauté vegetables for 10-15 minutes till tender.

Add the heavy cream, cream cheese, and broth to the mixture. After stirring, the mixture should be smooth and the cream cheese should be melted.

In addition to the pasta that has been cooked, combine two cups of the shredded Provolone cheese with the spaghetti.

For optimal results, it is necessary to spray a baking dish that measures 9 inches by 13 inches with a very thin layer of cooking spray.

After that, the mixture should be transferred to it, and then the remaining pieces of provolone cheese should be placed on top of it.
