After being dried with paper towels, the chicken should be seasoned with a mixture of salt, pepper, and paprika before being cooked.

Following the placement of a skillet made of cast iron or a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, the oil is then added to the pan that has been prepared.

The chicken needs to be browned on all sides in order to achieve the appearance that is desired.  

When you are getting ready to bake something, make sure you grease the baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray or using a little amount of oil.

Honey, soy sauce, and liquid smoke should be combined with the barbecue sauce in a bowl of medium size.

After putting the chicken breasts in the baking dish, spread out 1/3 of the barbecue sauce mixture on top of them like a blanket.

Pineapple chunks should be placed on top, and the leftover barbecue sauce mixture should be drizzled on top.

Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for about half an hour to two hours after covering it with plastic wrap.

It is imperative that the temperature of the oven be set to 400 degrees Fahrenheit before commencing the process of baking.

Take off the plastic wrap and bake the chicken without it for 40 minutes, or until it hits 165 degrees F on the inside.
