Spicy Chicken Marinade (Chipotle Grilled Chicken) Recipe

Grilled chipotle chicken thighs taste great with this Spicy Chicken Marinade. No better method to heat up your meat for your next picnic.

INGREDIENTS

– 1/4 cup Olive Oil – 3 cloves Garlic (minced) – 1 x 7 oz can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce – 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Follow the notes below to change the amounts of the ingredients to suit your taste (how hot you want your chicken to be).

Step 1

Put everything in a food processor and pulse it a few times to make it smooth.

Step 2

In a 1-gallon food storage bag, put 2 pounds of fresh or frozen boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.

Step 3

Put the meat in the fridge for two to twenty-four hours with the bag closed.

Step 4

If you want to make sure the chicken is done, put it on the grill over medium-high heat for about seven to eight minutes on each side.

Step 5

Grill temperatures and times will be different. There are 500 to 600 degrees F on my grill set to medium-high.
